Edison is a playful and imaginative young boy who loves climbing trees and playing in the sand. He comes from a large polygamous family—his father has three wives and a total of 20 children. With such a big family to support, Edison’s father is unable to provide for the school fees and basic needs of all his children. Despite these challenges, Edison remains full of hope. His dream is to become a pilot one day so he can support his siblings and ensure that they, too, get a chance to go to school.
