Their enthusiasm and determination fuel the work we do, and they are always ready to roll up their sleeves to help drive growth and development. Meet the incredible volunteers who make it all possible below.
Gabby Poston- Personal Growth Director
Gabby is passionate about helping others become the best versions of themselves—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Her dedication to personal growth was shaped by her time volunteering in Uganda alongside Isabella for four months, where she developed a deep connection to the community and a strong understanding of its needs. Gabby holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling, which fuel her commitment to supporting individuals on their growth journey.
Living in Franklin, TN, Gabby enjoys sports, music, and exploring new places. She is also deeply committed to serving in her local church, where she finds fulfillment in helping others grow in faith and purpose. Above all, Gabby values her close relationship with Christ and cherishes her meaningful friendships, which inspire and ground her as she continues to make a positive impact in the world.

She enjoys helping others reach their academic goals and find joy in learning. Being involved in leadership and volunteer work has shaped who she is and drives her to make a positive impact wherever I can.
Nicole enjoys reading, spending quality time with family and friends, and journaling in her free time. She will be pursuing a degree in Political Science at Fordham University, where she looks forward to deepening her understanding of government, policy, and global affairs.
